Person going through Depression or anxiety!!

Hi, we all love you!!

We all care for you and that is why we are tensed for you

No one has any problem with you, stop thinking that we are facing problems because of you.

You are a part of the family, loved by everyone. We are incomplete without you.

You need to stop thinking that you are creating problems for others.

Its the other way out...you will the support for all of us in long run.

Right now you are facing some issues in relation to depression or anxiety, its a phase, once it will pass you will be the support for all of us.

You were our support before, now and always.

And for the matter of fact you know all these things in your mind, i am just reminding you.

This is your family, you have all the rights towards it, live it in your way, live it big size.

If someone met with an accident, he gets injured, we all do take care of that person right, we get scared, we get worked up, we get tensed this is normal, when our loved person is hurt we do get affected. Similarly if you are going through Depression or facing anxiety issues, we will take care of you and will get affected by your health.

And to help you even if we have to do something extra and out of our way, why is that a problem ??

Do not worry, do not take tension, we all are there now to take care of you...in some days it will be the opposite..you will be taking care of us.

Depression is very common and it is hitting many people, accept it and fight against it, you'll come out of it. 

You are a strong person and you know it. 

And by crying you do not become week, whenever you feel like crying you should cry it out. Not an issue. Just dont be scared, stay confident, stay cool.

And people close to you will be normal to you, they will not show sympathy just because you going through Something, if you and me do not agree on some point we will argue, same is with other office people, a person who sometimes use to talk rudely to you, he may talk rudely to you now also, that doesn't mean, he or she is behaving rude because of your mental health condition.

Physical injury is visible to human eye, but unfortunately mental injury is not.

Some people may understand you some may not, some may help you come out of it, some may not, but you yourself can very well see it with naked eye and also can help yourself coming out of it.

Just stay calm, do things that you love, do not take stress of other things in life, because health is priority, once your health is good you can concentrate on 100 millions things in life.
